south beach hotel heritage works Fremantle

Built in 1903, the South Beach Hotel is a much-loved South Fremantle heritage landmark. MRO Pro is managing its restoration for the Council of Owners, starting with independent inspections and engineering, then delivering a staged programme to restore the structure and protect the building for decades to come. It's careful, patient work that fixes the cause, not just the symptom, while respecting the heritage fabric that makes the building special.

WA Visitors Centre Fit Out Perth

This project required a full strip out of 900m2 of office ceilings, walls and floors whilst other existing tenants remained operational. New Offices, Staff Hub, Workstation and Boardroom were constructed utilizing existing Timber Framed Glazed Partitions. The Project is a show piece for Visitors arriving in Perth. This Project has a very high end finish with materials of top quality being used as specified.

Business Technology fitout.

New works included construction of new partitions to form new offices, boardrooms and staff hub, and the installation of some new workstations. Replacement of existing ceilings and skirting ducts throughout the building along with replacement of a large portion of existing carpet. The construction of new glazed and plasterboard partitions over all 8 floors had to be carefully planned and executed along with co-ordination of all services within these partitions to achieve an on time completion.
